1. Where do your products come from?
All our items are made with care in Italy, often by hand, by craftsmen who honour tradition and faith. We work exclusively with trusted Italian suppliers.
2. Are the products really religious and Catholic?
Yes. All our products are rooted in the Catholic tradition and suitable for personal use, churches, parishes and religious occasions such as baptism, communion, confirmation or confession.
3. How quickly will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in the Netherlands. You will receive a track & trace once your order is on its way.
4. Can I have an item gift wrapped?
No! At this time we do not offer gift wrapping.
5. What are the shipping costs?
For orders within the Netherlands we charge a flat shipping rate. The exact rates can be found on our [Shipping & Returns] page.
6. Can I return my order?
Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. Please see the terms and steps on our [Shipping & Returns] page.
7. Are the items blessed?
No, our products are not blessed by default. If you want to have an item blessed, we recommend that you have it done by a priest in your parish.
8. Can I order large quantities for a church or parish?
Absolutely. Feel free to contact us at info@sanctaitalia.nl for custom work, larger quantities or specific requests for churches and religious institutions.
9. Can I also come by appointment to view items?
Currently we are working online only. In the future we hope to offer a small showroom by appointment.
